Those of you who have been with us here at Homestead Emporium, at the blog, the business, twitter and facebook, may remember a GREAT BIG contest we had quite some time ago!
A $100.00 Gift Certificate give away!
That’s right, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS!
That’s quite the shopping spree, for free!
We’re feeling generous and want to do it again!
Why?
Well… we’ve listed our hobby farm on the west coast on Vancouver Island for sale…
And we’re finally together as a family again!
And, we just got news tonight that in just 9 days we will be moving onto an 87 acre farm here on the prairies! Our family is excited! We want to share our excitement! The last time we had our contest to guess the sale/moving date, however, a sale/move never happened, so we closed the contest after we took our home off the market, drew a name and had a winner anways!
Just because WE didn’t win, didn’t mean our customers had to loose out!
So… I want to run this contest once again and give our faithful customers/followers yet another opportunity to win a $100.00 gift certificate, and possibly more!
Just think of what you could choose if YOU win!
Maybe a starter stash, a postpartum package, a bit of this and a bit of that!
Or a huge stash of wash cloths, cotton balls, facial products for your family!
Or perhaps a great big blanket so you can wrap yourself in some hand dyed bamboo velour!
The ideas are endless!
For our previous contest, we had 219 entries!
If we can top that total this time, I may just get so excited that I’ll add a SECOND prize of a $50.00 gift certificate!
If we FAR surpass that and I see lots of excitement brewing, I’ll add a THIRD prize of a $20.00 gift certificate!
Then if you all really “WOW” me, I’ll add in THREE 10.00 gift certificates too!
For a total of $200.00 in gift certificate prizes!

September 29, 2012 is my suggested date of closing. Just in time for fall and the beautiful leaves…how beautiful would it be to move in there at that time.

September 21st 2012, my soon to be middle child’s 2nd birthday

I’m going to guess October 20th, 2012. October 20th is the anniversary of the day my husband and I pledged our love to each other and started our life together as a family. So since it was so special to us, I’m sure this will be a special day for your family too!
